I am using windows 10 with Microsoft package downloaded from the online store. Only thing different with my situation is that I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, however everything has been working fine since doing this in the middle of last week until this morning when I got into the office. Outlook has not moved past the startup screen with the message "Starting I tried using the link from Vardhaman's post and after following the instructions and trying both the offline and online repair method neither one was able to fix my issue with Outlook I am having the same issue - new computer, new Windows 10, new Office - no previous installs.

I have the same problem with outlook I get the outlook logo with "processing " and it stays like that forever.

I just switched the guest profile on and tried in it and the applet would not open, but still with no error message. Im now on my 10th uninstall and reinstall, it took me 3 times to get it going first time round even before I deleted the pst file by accident , and I thought that was by deleting any residual files I could find when uninstalled, then it worked for 2 days, now I have tried everything again and nothing. My local IT guy has tried everything he could think of too and due to the amount of people having problems on windows 7 has recommended I find to go back to unless I upgrade to windows 10, but im not keen at all to start even more compatibility problems with old programs!
